We were recently presented with the opportunity to undertake a post-build clean with our customers Lionweld Kennedy. The Professional Cleaning Company Chesterfield has established a long-term working relationship undertaking a number of cleaning jobs required by the client. On this occasion they were looking for professional cleaners to complete a builder clean service. There was dust and debris that required a professional after the builders cleaning service.
After a comprehensive consultation process, we were tasked with undertaking the post construction cleaning project.
Internal post construction cleaning service
The interior buildings had several areas that required the attention of our experienced cleaners. The Professional Cleaning Company team deep cleaned the hall areas including the glass, and steel. The internal floors had accumulated a buildup of dust and dirt and required a thorough clean.
We were also tasked with tackling the toilet areas that had been affected by the construction work. We endured that all these areas were ready for staff and to meet safety and hygiene standards.
External after build cleaning service
Upon completion of the internal areas, we went about tackling the exterior of the building. The outside of the property had two main areas that required our attention following the construction work. We had several areas to address, and these services included:
- Window cleaning service: All glass was cleaned and polished using high reach poles and jet washing.
- Window frame cleaning service: All the window frames were cleaned and wiped down.
- Cladding cleaning service: All the exterior cladding was jet washed to a high standard.
Conclusion:
The building post clean was not suitable for occupation. Upon a thorough 2 day clean from The Professional Cleaning Company, based in Chesterfield. The building is now ready for its new occupants.
